I spent some time at the start of the month, as I almost always do in January, poking around last year's Yuletide archive, and found a small but delightful stash of Fire Island fanfiction. I love Jane Austen and I love modern adaptations of Jane Austen, and Fire Island was an excellent addition to the genre.

The mortifying ordeal of having bandmates, indeed. 😆 Anyway, it starts immediately after the Hybe Picnic, and references the dance challenge where Mingyu fell loudly and publicly in love with Soobin, so it's helpful to have watched that: part 1, part 2

No, this can’t be normal, finding someone this ridiculously, ravenously, painfully hot when all they’re doing is the most mundane of tasks. Team’s convinced — he must be some kind of freak.
